so i just made this account because my old one wouldnt connect on multiplayer but now i cant sign out and it is stuck on my old account whenever i join toribash i tried uninstalling it but it dosent show up i ncontrol pannel what do i do

Don't listen to him, he's an idiot. Go to login under setup in the pause menu.

If you can see the "Welcome, <yourname>" thingy at the top right, not very top right though, you'll see the log out button. If you DO actually want to get off Toribash then I suggest getting a life. Case closed.
