First thing i can spot from this angle that is wrong with it, is the pitch black area. Try adding something in there, and it'll look pretty neat.

the eye is looking a bit strange,its scale,much to the left,try to make it a bit more centralized..
but the details are just cool,try to finish it(the whole head).
