it looks really weird. The nose looks really flat, the tonque lokks really messed up, and yeah.. green and yellow teeth? Doesn't look very nice
Try making the top of the nose smoother, smoother lines for the tonque with some cleaner coloring, and keep the teeth white~yellow. And don't over shade 'em.

okay so im going to give a few tips
start with line work
dont be picky with the cleaness of the lines
just get some lines down to give you 30-50% view of the overall texture(keep sketch on it own layer)
make a layer under the sketch and do basic shading of light to dark
i recommend references if your not sure on what spots should be light or dark
try out the 70/30 rule which is to do alot of basic work to the draw first and work only 30% of the time on detail
from what i can see on this texture you went for details first in the nose area. while that can work for some artists if you detail one spot first it might make the rest of the drawing not see as interesting to keep working on if you get what i mean
