Pretty sure that's a dash, not intended to be seen as negative.

Regardless, it's fine as long as you understand how long ago the broadcast was sent.

Ive noticed it in the market as well, it is definitely negative there, going down the page the numbers become less negative.

Not sure why this is a problem though :S
