Hello, I have a little suggestion here.
The current "Note" that appears underneath the Report text box is a little misleading.

As much as the note says the truth pretty much, I believe it should be changed to something like "This should ONLY be used when reporting posts that break rules of the threads/boards they are in. Please check the rules of the thread/board the post is in before using this function" or something to that effect.
