its not a bug but you cant see inactive or dead clans.
you can find them if you change the active thing to inactive

but why rank inactive clans :c

Because they got ranked before getting inactive, And hampa didn't do a clan ranking reset

well inactive clans should be stripped of their ranks :C

You have to write that on the suggestions and ideas forum

I think its just common sense
