What program did you make it in?

It's not too bad for a newbie, but here is what I would change:
> The thing that I noticed most was the white background. Make it a transparent background, and it will look good anywhere.
> I like the font, but the white is too invisible against some parts of the background. Either relocate the font to a darker area, or change its color.
> The border is a un-even.
>The head just king of... stops. Like it was cut off. Either blend it down or put the rest of the wolf's neck with the border covering the bottom and sides.

Other than that stuff, nice job. I'd keep working on this sig until its just right.

I've been having problems with transparency in PS, so I save it in Gimp instead. =K

Only problem is that whenever i try to d/l gimp it don't work. Says i need GTK+ or something. What's that?

Simply something else that you need to download... I believe its a runtime environment myself...
