I can't see the settings to adjust/change my profile picture(avatar) or my signature.... can someone tell me how to?

click on user control panel (It's right above "post reply" on the top.)

on the left you'll see "edit avatar" and "edit signature"

It takes some time for me to find it because of the long yellow-ish notes... anyway thank you :>
