Not everything needs to be mirrored.

The eyes are way too close to one another, the back of the mouth is still skin colored, should be a darker red. You can see the outline down the middle of where you only mirrored it.

Try mapping it and see how it looks.

You should watermark it.

I don't see any eye whites
And the mouth needs to be red, not the same colour as the skin

Eyes are too close together imo and i don't like the way the eyebrows are done

Define the nose a little less

hey, as what weoo said, not everything should be mirrored and the mapping feels a bit of to the right.
anime eyes are supposed to be the same except the positioning.
the eyebrows are a bit weird looking, don't you think?
great concept of the head but needs some work.
