What is that url and what did it once do?

it's familiar but i can't exactly tell what it is. perhaps it was the old referal link that used to give you 30 tc when someone clicked it?

It was a customizable referral link that gave the owner 30 TC every time it was clicked by another person; desgined to offer incentive to advertize the game and draw new people in.
