Can i buy Pure Force no QI with tc?

For him/her to transfer it to another account, the account must have the required qi for pure (10,000).

"No qi items" only ignore the qi restriction for the buyer, then it's back to its original amount.

like what firebolty said, if you buy a no-qi item from the marketeers, it returns to its original value once it goes to your inventory. thus, it isn't a no-qi item anymore.

another way is by TSA transfers but I don't think they're doing that anymore. I got a TSA transfer back in 2014 for a pure force with a fee of 77777 tc (tsa transfer fee). Now that this is unavailable anymore, the only way to get no-qi items are by buying it from the marketeer's market inventory or by torishop.

So if i buy it to TheTaint i won't be able to use it coz it will become a qi restricted?
Or definitively i can't buy it with tc?

you can't buy it at all if you don't have the qi required, unless you buy it from the shop with USD or from Marketeers in the market. the shop is currently the only available option.

The only way to get pure force without having the qi is to either buy it from the torishop via real money, or buy it on the market from marketeers. Though they aren't selling it atm.
