Salad Bar
Dietary needs are important.

Drastic measures must be taken in order to meet the requirements.

Life-hindering sacrifices must be made in order to sustain sanity (and or satisfaction from a delicious meal).

Hello ladies and gentlemen, gentleboys and gentlegirls, ticklemen and ticklewomen, Vegetablians, peanuts, vegetarians of Toribash, and or maybe even vegans of Toribash, today I'd like to welcome you to the salad bar. Feel free to discuss and elaborate upon your favorite types of salad, ingredients within salad, and much much more. Within this discussion, various opinions and questions can surface from the ominous concept and diversity of salad itself. It can practically be accompanied by anything, salad never segregates!

What are your favorite ingredients which you deem desirable within your salad?
Have you ever had any "close" experiences with your salad, such as a circumstance where an extraordinary event occurred during the consumption of the supreme vegetable dish itself?
Why do you enjoy these ingredients, and what makes your experience worth remembering?

Fruit salad?

What are your favorite kinds of salad dressing?
What helped you make your decision?

Was it one of the following:
Texture
Consistency
Taste
State of matter (solid, liquid, and gas!)

Do you enjoy feasting upon your meal with croutons, any specific utensils, and or any certain beverages?

Be sure to elaborate upon every answer.

As your salad bartender (saladtender), of course, I would like to remind you to enjoy.

Ideal perfection

I like salad w/ regular veggies but some slices of crisp red apple, bacon, and sometimes even some dried cranberries too. I like it a bit sweet. I usually use a vinaigrette w/ lemon juice and some salt to make it more yum.

Or I get too lazy and eat it plain n' raw...

I was happy to read your reply, until I read the word "bacon." Bacon is a meat product prepared from a pig and usually cured. It is first cured using large quantities of salt, either in a brine or in a dry packing; the result is fresh bacon. Bacon is literally going to kill you if you continue to eat it. Not even considering it's crisp, red, apple bacon, which makes it much worse. You're trying to eat apples but you're actually eating bacon, so you're not deceiving anyone but yourself. Even if it tastes like an apple, it's not, so stop it. Eating bacon is literally worse than smoking, if not, the equivalent to. I knew a guy, Ethan, who literally smoked his bacon, not in a smokehouse, but with a filter and everything. He died within 2 hours of smoking the first cigarette. Smoking may seem cool, but it's below eating bacon. NOT TO MENTION, over 1 million pigs are killed every month, just for bacon marketing. Salad is literally being destroyed by bacon, and other meats. People like you disgust me, you expect the salad to be handed to you in a silver bowl, but you can't even enjoy it when you're on a crazy frog hunt for the bacon. Try replacing your bacon with sausage, it's much healthier and tastier!

Anyways, I like salad w/ regular veggies but some slices of sausage, and sometimes even some dried cranberries too. I like it a bit sweet. I usually use a vinaigrette w/ lemon juice and some salt to make it more yum.

SHOUT OUT TO WALKERS CRISPS (or Lays if you're American)

I don't ever eat salad mostly just because I don't need to eat well to stay thin because of an incredible metabolism and the fact that I just don't enjoy it. I mean, even though it's mostly tasteless I'd eat rather eat something good.
I also drink energy drinks, and it's great that they managed to can anxiety.
iceberg lettuce, spiced feta, pine nuts, salmon and a yoghurt dressing is really nice
the nuts and lettuce have a nice crunch while the feta has a lovely taste.
of course you can never go wrong with salmon, whether it's raw, smoked or baked it's good in a salad (imo). I just really like yoghurt dressing on salads because it isn't too strong but still adds a little bit of flavour.

Hi I used to hate vegetables as a kid like almost everyone
but now I crave salad, they're nice and fresh c:
I eat salad mainly because my parents eat it too

Vegetables
Cabbage, Iceberg lettuce, Broccoli, Cucumber, Onion, Garlic, Bell pepper, Potato, cucumber (i prefer pickled, but fresh is nice too)
Animals product
Chicken, Salmon, Egg

Fruit salad is okay, I like it too
apples, grape, pear, orange, pineapples, melon

I love most dressing and other condiments
Yogurt, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, olive oil, cold cream, lemon squeeze

Homemade salad is the best in my opinion. As for the selection, i just use what my parents bought from store, i'm not too picky
I like crisp taste of the veggies and soft dressing, one which doesn't taste too strong (like some vinegar)
I like my salad cool, not too cold and not warm
Mayonnaise and sour cream is great
My favorite flavor is sour so it suits me well!
My least favorite topping would be olive seed
Dressing should be a little thick, so not too 'liquid-like'
Salad serves to cool down the meal
Usually i eat it along with the main dish, not as starter, nor after

I always drink milk

I normally just make potato salad and get corn and coleslaw with blue cheese dressing and some croutons when I'm on my own with nothing to cook.

Or just potato salad on its own. I don't know why I like potato salad so much. Maybe because of its texture and taste.

The coleslaw and corn just adds something that's not starchy

And I only have blue cheese or thousand island dressing. Nothing else. I never liked any other sauces

click my sig for a great time (WIP)
im smoking weed out of a pussy filled with money i like this
Grilled shrimp salad with a side of corn soup is pretty much a days meal.

Honey mustard dressing makes it mouth watering :c
For health reasons I'm on this drastic exclusion diet. I can basically eat salad and rice. Win.

Anyway, to make any salad a lot more interesting, I add toasted sunflower seeds. It adds crunch and flavour. Oh and apple gives some sweetness.
