For some reazon there used to be guest user but I'm wondering why they removed it?

I highly doubt it, but I am not sure.

It was a long time ago, before the game went $$$ I think. If they did get everything back, then they would have done many many years ago. I'm not sure there are any around to even complain about it if they didn't.

Before doesn't mean right before. There is no colleration really. Some hacker got access to stuff he shouldn't have, deleted accounts and that was that.

Have they Tracked his profile?

Yes, they got their stuff back. People were able to keep track of the accounts that were deleted and everything ended up fine cause they just had their QI, TC and Items added back.
