It seems to me like the nose is a bit too long, and the BOOBKS seem a bit too flat for the kind of cleavage that she's showing. Upon further inspection (... well hey, i never claimed that i didn't like boobs), it might be because her sternum is fairly far forward in comparison to the shoulder/neck area (if you drew a plane in extension of the strapped ring a bit further up, it would pass through her ribcage).
There's also something about the visible fingers that seems slightly off to me; i think it's because the middle sections of them are too long? The index finger is fine, but the others seem kind of elongated.
But, all that said, this is still VERY VERY GOOD. You nailed the shading and highlights, and you definitely did get the classic feminine curves right. Honestly, if you weren't asking for CnC, i wouldn't have bothered nitpicking so much. :v
