Every time I try to join a server of any kind in TB it always says Not connected, however I have refreshed my password, connected to internet, and tried tons of different servers. Still says, "Not connected."

Steam or off steam,I suggest you get steam if you don't and refresh your cache,Try reinstalling the game to,Also try a different password.

Had same issue. I just went to the login and clicked sign in. Now i can play.

Yea, I changed my password a second time and it just fixed. q;
