thats maxcontacts, I believe.

Not a glitch, its part of the game.

you have to set it to like 46 or something to make this not happen

The reason why this happend is because you guys were in "akward position" so, it didn't trigger the dq. You can notice if it's about to happen when the game starts kinda lagging slowly.

I'm sorry but i'm afraid that you can't get refund from this. It's common bug. The best way to try avoid this is don't grap your opponent from weird places as you can see in that replay.
