Every time i close my toribash and a match ends it spams the win and dq sound,I've also noticed that each time i reopen my toribash the screen shatters for like 5 seconds,Then it turns to textures on the screen when it looks like it is shattering,I'm gonna re download the game later,But much would be appreciated if someone knows why this happens.

you tell us what GPU you have from what you see in the program.
also a number of other questions that would make the problem easier:
What OS are you on?
Are you using the standalone or steam version?
What version of Toribash are you using?
Have you tried reinstalling it?
Screenshots?
Tried running Toribash as administrator?

What FPS level do you have? Also try changing the Graphics in Option section to see if any file cache is failing.

To increase your FPS use /opt fixedframerate 0.
