I've been wondering. It doesn't matter who wins this election but should we not take turns being the leader? All these other clans have 1 leader and they're flourishing with members.

And if we decide to have 1 leader, he can still be taken down if he quits the game like tertywerty did or something.

Let's have a vote. Anyone can vote. Except non-clan members of course.

i think we should have one leader but if sed leader is bad then the clan has the ability to remove his leadership at any point

I suggest sticking with elections, because this gives everyone the chance to control the clan and not let it get too corrupt.

I'm gonna say 1, we'll always have the ability to take him down if he is bad. Plus houtz is right, do we want a noob for a leader? OF COURSE.......................not!

Besides we'll probably run out of new nominees and probably start looping. I may as well change the Evil Election Thread, any objections?

imo, the leader must be the one who REPRESENTS us as clan, i mean, that if there must be a team responsable or a player who must speak as [Evil], the leader selected must do it. Also the leader have to be the one who may "moderate" our forum...
But the desicions about recruitment or important decisions that concern [Evil] as a clan, must be decided with polls...
so... i wont vote xD
ah, and if something happen with our leader, the second nominee who obtained most of the votes in the leader election must take the leader place, as a "viceleader" :P

the leader is the leader, and the vice-leader is the vice leader, and if u makes me choice, iДll select the option of 1 only leader, obviously...

I believe that in a clan, co leaders are not a good idea. These co leaders and favourites lead to clans breaking up and stuff like that.

In my opinion, the hierarchy should go:
Leader
|
v
Members.

Simple as that.

@ starrzz: in the past i used to play guild wars^^
in the guild there were members, officers and the leader.

that was very good so i think co leaders with maybe mod powers in the clan forum are good.


1 leader is best.
of course you can make a thread like: do you trust our leader? / is he a good leader?

or the leader can ask the members if they still want him like terty did once =)
