You can always see how many posts you have on your profile, they don't appear next to your post at first, but if you reload the page the post count should appear there too.

i allways dont see amount of my posts, but i see amount of ur posts

You need a specific amount of qi, can't tell how much, probably something around 100.
Just play a little more ingame and it will pop up eventually.

You cant buy qi,you can buy qi for earn qi fastest.
