Everything is basically out of sync, you made the cc slightly worse from the last time. You should use graph editor. And I'm not sure if you already do it, but keyframe in freecam rather than in normal cam. Furthermore, if your keyframing clips through the ground, restart it, and if you think it's even slightly too fast or off target (tori), then restart it. Perfection is key

You can try looking at the waveform and set markers to see if that helps you sync better
