The real issue is likely that the body is rotated away, but the head is rotated back to face camera, which makes it appear that it is at traditional orientation, which would explain why it appears slightly to small and off to the side.
It would look better in general if he was facing in the direction he should, and slightly down, rather than at camera.
Also, the lighting isn't totally fixed, unless you have a light source directly behind character.
If you notice, the hallway darkness as you get further away from front.
This is possibly due to a lack of light diffusion, but I don't know how cd4 works.
Also, you are likely lacking the next light that would be logically placed just above camera.
