I recently got a laptop, and Toribash was running absolutely ok, but my Windows (Windows 8 ) made the typical updates and now it says 'Error: Unable writing receiveddata to disk/app.. (What I suppose is Application)'
I've tried giving it permission on the firewall, uninstall and install again (No Steam version), running as an admin.. Right now I'm making an HDD test, to see if there is something wrong there
Any help, plz? I don't want to stop playing this fantastic game by a stupid error..

Reinstall the game but change install location to your desktop or user folder.
If this doesn't work, try steam version
