Britain leaving the EU
"Voters have voted in favor of Brexit: British exit from the European Union."

There's been a lot of debate and controversy about this subject in the past few months: What are your opinions on the so called "Brexit"?

If you did vote, what did you vote for and why? If you don't live in the UK, what would you have voted?
I voted for Leave and I wasn't disappointed. Was a great victory and it became apparent around 3am that we had won it. To tell you the truth, I still can't believe it. Feels like a dream.

Nigel Farage dedicated 10 years into bringing this campaign forward. He was demonized right from the get-go, but kept going on. He's the real hero for me.

David Cameron is also stepping down, so that's something to look forward to in October.

Don't dm me pictures of bowls that you find attractive.
Brittain leaving the EU is only to give their gold more value, since the brexit became a possible reality the gold priced surged up, and now that the brexit is confirmed they are only going to raise more and more. What is rather convenient for both the EU and Britain, and I'm sure this is why this referendum was even accepted, yet my worries are for anyone in Britain working on software, especially game producers are losing lots of job prospects at this moment because of this decision.

Or to summon this up simply, the brexit is a positive change, but you'll have to adjust to it if you want to actually have the benefits.

Anyway Brittain should be more worried about the IndyRef plans that are now on the table in scotland, especially now brexit is certain.

No, this is not the case, the pound has crashed down.

It has fallen by ~7% compared to the rest of the world's currencies. That directly translates into all imports costing 7% more. The cost of living is 7% more, oh and dont think wages will increase, those are forecast to fall by 10%, so thats the UK populus ~17% poorer directly because of the decision. No its not a positive change.

i was under the impression that the brexit was more about controlling immigration.. which i don't really see as a problem
