Its... Weird.

First off, wheres the nose? I can see a really big nose beginning But not actually ending.

The ears dont really fit, theyre more like cat ears

What even is that mouth? Its so tiny

Purple hair? Meh if you want to

That's not a nose, they're eye lines, almost like "Itachi" from the Naruto Series

those are laugh lines

i really don't like mirrored hair. they look like the easy way out to doing something really important for a head texture.

also lines are kind of pixelated.

Mhmm when i wake up, i may open the file back up and re-do the hair.

also, i think that the lines on the ears are too thick compared to the rest of the head

and as nagato said, mirrored hair looks bad. you can take inspiration from similar style artists such as weooweoo

eye lines look weird, i checked out itachi and his are a lot more subtle and instead of going nearly straight downwards like yours they are at a 45 degree angle, more like this:
the shadow under the hair needs softening - i will update with an example later

You should make the hair shorter, drawing it aaalllll the way down looks weird as it goes to where the neck is

May we see a in-game picture please? That would be nice.
