Yeah, sounds nice and chill man. Obviously there's a couple of playing mistakes (around 40s, 55s + 1:05) but those don't ruin it or anything. I feel like an additional lead guitar could riff over the last 3rd of the song (just to add some variation and intrigue). Also, I think you should apply a fade instead of just cutting the song off like that (while you're at it, maybe apply a fade-in as well).

Overall - Enjoyable. Nice tune.
