Ok nice concept.
Two thiñgs, first, the lips look flat i mean, the lips on the area which has some depth, doesnt have itself, the lips itself are only a one color, keep in mind that its gonna be on a sphere.

Second, the ears, i dunno y a clown wud have those black things in his ear, unless hes a hipster ofc, but it seems off.
