I have this kind of problem:When i start gimp,its start to download data,like usualy,but suddenly it stop and there come a window that says there are missing parts,like gimp exe and some color things...so do anyone know,whats the problem? I know my text is hard to read

Did you download GTK+? If you didnt then google GTK+ download it then install it and it should work.

To put it in save the image/animation somewhere then get a photobucket account upload the image then copy the image code into the sig area in profile.
