Hi , I'm working on a head but i don't know how to make the Hood

I used Paint.tool Sai

I heard that Paint on Windows 10 is pretty good, but try to use another programs like Adobe Photoshop series or GIMP, etc.
Abot texture: face looks detailed a bit, but there is no realistic details on hood, try to add mor shadows, to make it like a textile, because as for me, it should be detailed enought. And as for me if you will detail hood, it would look better a lot.
Also try not to use that much layer adjustments, try to make it by your self, shadows, add some light and so on, if it would be in contrast it should look better.
Also I don't like outer glow in here
Probably you should replace it with better content
