Change the ability for TP/VIP users to use smilies in sigs.
Yeah, or you'll end up with signatures that look like mine...

In case it gets removed.



So basically all that needs to happen is that VIP has their perm for using smilies in Sigs set to No instead of Yes, since max images only counts SIGPICS, and not emoji.
