For all I know, nothing of this sort exists, but does anyone know if there is a program that allows me to input frames of a video as image files, and then convert to an video? I know i could just use a GIF animator, but I want to see if I can get it into a .AVI or .MPEG format.

I keep hearing that you should use virtualdub, although I'd never used it for that, if you're in a pinch, you can just use windows movie maker.
But its just a pain.
