It would be really cool if we could use toribash emoticons from steam in-game.
I say that you would just type the code (i.e. :ishi:) and it would show up.
Also in-case of spamming you could just put a cool down on the emoticons or make it an unlockable.
Thats all i really have to say about it but i think it would be cool to have emoticons in-game.

I don't see this as more annoying than anything else that can be put into the chat.

I don't see these kind of things useful at all in-game. How it was already said, it will only annoy people even if it is spam restricted. I do belive this are already a thing on the forum so we don't need them in-game too.

i dont think this will ever be implemented, emotes should not be in game what so ever, it wouldn't be useful and would be downright annoying. someone close this thread already

lol thats why i emphasized and cooldowns and or unlockables, you also make it cost for more character slots to make it less spammable

Is it even possible to add a feature like this without remaking the entire ingame chat system?
