I was a 2cnd dan my goal was to reach this then take a break i play the game for a week or so

Your qi is 1400, neither you have the 2nd Dan achievement. Are you sure that your belt went back ?

As an alternative option, mind checking if you were banned for qi farming once, probably the farmed qi was removed.
