hmm, not bad stuff. you're starting to get an understanding of your joints and how they work, but you'll need a lot of practice before you get to a level where you can stay on your feet and spar and parkour effectively. when you parkour, try to stay away from using your chest, instead use your pecs, glutes or lumbar( or all three) to position yourself. always make sure you stay somewhat leaned over, as that give you momentum to take your next step. as for sparring, just work on staying on your feet and that'll be enough for now
