I've noticed that upon using an old PW and trying to connect to any server the standard "cannot connect" message pops up, but in the chat, or elsewhere, no text indicating the issue of authenticating the login is shown. Similarly when trying to connect to any server and ports being blocked we also receive a "cannot connect". Generally error messages would help the support team help players having connection issues and give the game a more full-fledged feel.

To piggyback of this, the in-game console would be great to have accessible (view only) without modifying the game client.

Yes, it would be a good idea if everyone is able to understand the issue and not run towards technical support and wait for the solution for 24 hours.

There would not be such hurdle to implement this so i might support this.
