So i was planning to my first nice looking set, I have gather enough TC and got all the texture parts required. Now i need to know how to safely make a deal, transfer tc and revive the texture without getting scammed.

You just look for someone who's selling a set you like, and one that fits in your price range, and offer something, if they accept, you can send the tc using this: http://forum.toribash.com/tori_transfer_toricredits.php
And they will either ask for your email/skype to send the files to, or they will just send a link to a site where they uploaded the files.
Then you can download and use them.

You can also ask them to send the files first if you don't trust people, but in most cases everything turns out allright.
And if not, you can post a scam report here: http://forum.toribash.com/forumdisplay.php?f=518
They will probably get banned and you will probably get refunded.
