Two of my items are stuck in the old toribash trade center. what do i do?

omg.... there have been so many threads about this. I think i had the first one.... yeah E-mail support... they couldn't help me because i had no record of buying these items... I even sent a picture...

What did you title it?something like "HELP ME NOW!" will get ignored. try resending it as something like "Items Stuck in trade center, help needed" and make sure to include screenshots and make it nice and organized.
