not bad! i can see the improvement from your earlier replays. you seem you have alot of trouble with running though. i noticed that you take inconstant steps while you run ( you do small steps, then big steps, then skip a bit) try to fix that by relaxing your knee when you step forward ( so the knee on your hip's contracting side, relax that knee)
other that that, your movement is pretty good, you understand how your tori works and you're beginning to use that to your advantage. you understand the principle of flow, but try not to switch direction a whole lot. work on changing direction while running as well, using glutes and hips.
not much to say on the sparring replay. you struggle alot with momentum here, try to continuously spin in one direction with kicks to learn momentum management. good job, keep it up!
