Do the hands have to be grabbing at all times, or can the hands just be touching? Also, say I want to spin uke around or doing them up in the air, is that allowed?

Just crossed my mind:

There are dance moves that don't require touching the partners hands, could it be allowed that you can have one part in it where you don't grab the ukes hands to make a move like that?

Or do I have to leave them out?

I immediately though of swing dancing where a large portion of that is hands on hips, can it be just must be touching uke?

the first thought was that this potentially could be too hard and may not be recognizable as a pair dance.

due to the influx of people having ideas (and i hope you will actually work on that) ill change the rules up a little.
