II) The minimum raise for all auctions must be at least 10TC.

Minimum raise between bids. Basically meaning bidders have to go up a certain amount of tc over the last bid.

Example: If you set a minimum raise of 500tc and someone bids 5k, the next bidder would have to raise that bid to 5.5k or more. Naturally you would want the raise to be a reasonable amount
