if you have a thread open in Art/Textures
and you're selling textures

and you happen to make a new texture and want to add it can you bump the thread before 24 hours are up(assuming you're the last person to post on your thread so you have to wait)

No you can't bump before 24h in any situation.
The tc rates are about 15k/1usd

You can't bump it if you're the last poster and you're not allowed to delete your latest post and write a new one telling everyone that you have new art. But you can always reply to other users on your thread, which will bump it too

There are some threads with guys selling,

Prince and oksasha (iTemp) are well known and trusted sellers.
McFarbo should be good, too.
