I know it's possible because I bought some wings off the market and one is textured and one is not. How would I go about uploading a texture for them?

Hello, you need to click the icon of the item in your inventory and you can upload the image there.

If you need the wing template here it is:


It is the same for both wings.

Aye, if you don't know how use the template that Tabby posted, i'd recomend downloading Paint.net, it has a bucket tool that is easy to use.

Recolor the blue parts to whichever color you want, heres the Toribash color list.
