Taking a crack at this. One question, if you had to pick a character to define your clan (fictional or not) who would it be? Also why would it be them? What traits do they have that strongly represent your clan.

Why because he is a strong assassin and was seeking revenge
Traits he has that represent our clan
We are both seeking vengenace
We both want to be the best and want to make the world a better place
We both want loyalty
We both have Respect for the powerful

Anything in particular? Also I'm gonna make armbands for all current members. I'll give you a template for new members. That way all you have to do is put their name in the crest and all they'll have to do is put it on their arm texture. I'll also leave the background transparent

Prolly make it not so plain make the global maybe being held or on top of something curve the letters around it maybe a different font more aggressive looking perhaps
