Try to shorten the time between dismemberments. Also, try to make less hits that don't dismember uke. Don't hit your head on uke.

sorry, I don't consider that a madman. at least one shoulder would need to dismember (see the link in my sig for the exact definition). It also has too many hits that fail to dismember and those that do are ripping or grabby hits.

well, it's your first attempt, so it doesn't matter. practice and you'll get there.
