Both head 1 and 2 have too much shadow.
Feel like the colours also are way too saturated.

Head 1, the bone that stick out looks more like metal.

Head 2, when you applied the colour i actually feel like it became worse, I don't know why you made it that vibrant blue.
Please go back to the grayscaled version and refine the crown a bit, stick to the darkish medieval vibe it gives off. And it will be a pretty good texture.

The set is cool, it seems to tile good and the style is great.

Sup nerd
That inside doll is awesome.
But honestly, I like the head on the mudbox sketch more than I like the actual finished product.
The latest wip relies too much on black and white, doesnt fit well with that super bright green.

Generally I quite like the style used on the mudbox sketch.
Its rough and chaotic, has alot of character/style and places alot of emphasis on the mapping and design.
I think THAT is the direction "cartoon" styled stuff should be going at this point, rather than what everyone else is doing.

Bird king is very 2009ish, but I really like how youre using lines.
The head is very cluttered though and lacks all the style that the thighs have.

r-bot, well, yeah its a vector robot.

I like the idea of using a more Air-brush style for painting the first head but I think it does not fit the concept. However the first wip have quite an unique feeling to it with those bright, full colors and grungy/sketchy strokes against the void black side.
I would also suggest to remove that bone sticking out on the right side completely (no need to copy all the details of the toy), I sincerely do not think it fit well with the mapping.
Thank you guys. Yes, I have some problems with shadows!
And the biggest problem I do not bring something to the end.
That's why I draw a new black $ |-| ! _|_ XDD

If you have problems with shadows, or particularity a tonal control, use black background with opacity set to 50%, or just plain grey background. This will help you to keep your tones in check.
I really liked the first 2 WIPs of warrior girl, the black just kills it and the unrefined lines had so much character and were so much more subtle.
The colours and light were what made that pop.
The black just smothers it.

8OJ4N and BenDover tahnk you guys for try but it is so hard to kill my problems with void.
One more try here in last wip.
