nice start, you have potential.
I suggest you to look up topology and work
more on your edge loops.
here is a simple topology of a human face:
As you can see, the edge loops on the mesh forms a topology
for better Rig and animation, and yet with less polies.
This topology is based on quads.
Normally on games we can do a different topology using tris,
which reduces the polies even more, but normally not good for animation.
