So I put the old project to the side and started doing an anime girl

I do my line work in Ai (Adobe Illustrator) Cause i use mouse and this has a "Neaten" Line option which allows me to make strokes similar to what a tablet would allow.

I will then do the Painting in Ps (photoshop)

the mouth seems to be a little too low.

i do appreciate the ponytail in the back to prevent the back from being completely bland (that seems to be the trend atm), but it should probably take up more space if she's holding all of her hair up

The head looks alright so far in my opinion. I would just make the lines neater & connected.

hi. eyes are fine. nose is off center. you lined up mouth w/ nose and therefore the mouth is also off center.

actually . . . i think the eyes are off center. put a template over your flat in low opacity to check the mapping. something ain't fittin dere!
