what servers are ranked and is there a thread anyone could link me to that explains the ranks?

There are no ranked servers in the last month of a ranked season. In order to play ranked you must matchmake. To mathmake ranked you can do /matchmake ranked continue. Or pres ESC and click the middle option on menu to matchmake.
