Ehmm, you open what? The game?
If so, you may need to download the driver, but you MUST know your graphic card information before downloading it.

Find your chipset using DXdiag.

( start -> run -> dxdiag )

You'll find it listed on the 'display' tab.

Then goto the Intel website, click support, then find the driver downloads.

Tell it what graphics chip it is, what OS you've got & download the latest.
