Bad question.
Um i dont know how to open the shader files in the toribash directory the .inc ones i can run shaders but how to run the ones in the toribash directory

/lws [exactshadername.inc]

should load it remember to take out the brackets and Caps are included in the name

Sadly no, the closest you'll get is looking in the /data/shader folder.
