Is there anyway a legend can lose the legend status

by being bad while having legend?
I'm not sure if there'd be a way for the public to do what they would to get someone Legend but reverse.
A vote to remove someones Legend because "x" reason and provide proof and evidence like you would in a report and get public opinion.

i seriously doubt it, unless the legend did something really shitty, or somehow abused their status for illicit stuff.

but i guess that would be up to those that pick the legends in the first place, and none other.
